mixes into anything
Honestly bought this because of the colostrum and didn't expect it to dissolve as well as it does. I throw it in coffee usually but tried it in a smoothie last week and same thing, doesn't change the taste. About a month in. Gut stuff feels less unpredictable, which was the goal.
worth it but not a miracle
Took me about 6 weeks to notice anything and I almost cancelled. Hair shedding is the main thing I track and that's slowed down.
