SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
All Glippy orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
During peak periods, new product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you if any significant delays occur.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Standard Shipping (Free on orders $75+)
- Delivery: 3-7 business days
- Orders under $75: $5.95 flat rate
Expedited Shipping
- Delivery: 2-3 business days
- Rate: Calculated at checkout based on destination
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS) and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account at heyglippy.com.
If you don't receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@heyglippy.com.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@heyglippy.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Glippy is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but reported as missing or stolen by the customer. However, we want to help resolve any delivery issues. If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check with household members, neighbors, and your building's mailroom or concierge
- Look around your delivery location (porches, side doors, garages)
- Wait 24-48 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely
- Contact your local carrier (USPS or UPS) to file a missing package claim
- If the package doesn't appear, contact us at hello@heyglippy.com and we will work with you to find a resolution
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@heyglippy.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you once the damage is confirmed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Glippy ships exclusively within the United States. We are working on expanding international shipping and will announce availability as it becomes supported. If you are an international customer interested in Glippy, please sign up for our email list at heyglippy.com to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription orders are automatically shipped based on your selected delivery frequency (every 30, 60, or 90 days). You can manage your subscription — including pausing, rescheduling, or canceling — through your customer portal at heyglippy.com or by emailing hello@heyglippy.com.
Subscription shipments follow the same processing and delivery timelines as standard orders. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each upcoming shipment with an option to delay or skip that order if needed.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING
During major US holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day), order processing and carrier delivery may be delayed by 1-3 business days. We recommend placing holiday orders at least 10 days in advance to ensure timely delivery.
PO BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses via USPS. Delivery times to these addresses may be slightly longer than standard shipping estimates.
