REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you're not satisfied with your Glippy purchase for any reason, please contact us at hello@heyglippy.com within 90 days of your initial order delivery. We stand behind our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us before initiating a return so we can ensure proper processing. Returning items without prior communication may delay your refund or invalidate it altogether, as we won't be able to identify the order or product.

Please note that if you send unwanted items to an incorrect address without first requesting return instructions from us, we cannot take responsibility for refunding or reshipping those products.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Contact us at hello@heyglippy.com within 90 days of delivery
  • Send back all items from your order in their original packaging
  • For powder canisters: the canister must be no more than 25% used (approximately 22 of 30 servings remaining)
  • Return any complimentary gifts unopened and unused

We will not provide refunds for products returned to us more than 100 days after the initial purchase date. No exceptions.

We do not accept returns of opened products beyond the first order. The satisfaction guarantee applies to your first Glippy purchase only.

RETURNS OF SEALED PRODUCTS

Sealed, unopened canisters in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund within the 90-day window. We reserve the right to deny any returns that don't meet these criteria.

You are responsible for the cost of returning unopened products. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse. Please email the tracking number to hello@heyglippy.com so we can monitor your return. If you do not provide tracking and your returned package does not arrive at our warehouse, we cannot issue a refund.

Upon receiving the returned product in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price of the item to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED-TO-SENDER PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for reshipping the item at our cost. We may issue a refund for the product (minus original shipping costs) provided the product is returned in its original condition.

If a shipment is returned to us as Undelivered through no fault of the customer, you may receive a replacement or full refund for the ordered products. Alternatively, we can reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee. This policy does not apply to Refused Packages (see below).

We will not accept requests for replacements or refunds for undelivered orders more than 30 days after the original delivery attempt.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If you receive damaged goods in your order, please contact our customer support team at hello@heyglippy.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the damage. We will promptly investigate and, if the issue is confirmed, arrange a replacement at no cost to you. No replacements will be sent without photographic evidence that the package or product arrived damaged.

We cannot process damage claims more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUSED PACKAGES

If you refuse a package, please be aware that the package may incur a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from any refund issued. We will not know the exact amount of this fee until we are billed by the shipping carrier. By refusing your package, you accept responsibility for covering this return fee.

Please note that refused shipments can get lost during the return process and may not make it back to our warehouse. If you refuse a shipment and it does not return to us, we cannot issue a refund. Please consider this carefully before refusing a delivery — we cannot be held responsible for lost refused packages.

For this reason, we strongly advise you to accept your package and contact us at hello@heyglippy.com to properly initiate a return rather than refusing the shipment.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

You can pause, skip, or cancel your Glippy subscription at any time through your customer portal at heyglippy.com or by emailing hello@heyglippy.com. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment to take effect. Once a subscription order has shipped, it is subject to the standard return policy outlined above.

The 90-day satisfaction guarantee applies to your first subscription order only. Subsequent shipments are eligible for refund only if returned unopened in their original packaging within the standard return window.
